April 15th - 21st, 2012 Important single-owner sale, presenting collection of American Arcade and Carnival Folk Art and Memorabilia amassed by collector Ron Rakaseder & will offer a rare opportunity to view and bid on pieces from a bygone era of American history and culture. Sale to include: a variety of painted canvas "knockdown dolls" and wooden targets, arcade games, and other carnival memorabilia, dating from the late 19th and early to mid 20th centuries.

*Everything is sold as-is and where-is payable with-in 4 days of the auction. 13% Buyers Premium with a 3% discount for cash and acceptable check. Paypal, MC, VISA , Cash and wire transfers are accepted. All payments for the internet auctions must be received within 4 days from the close of the auction unless other arrangements were made prior to the sale.
*Internet Bidding :This is an Internet only auction, which means the highest bid online when the bidding closes on a particular item will be the winning bid for that item. All bidders will be held accountable for their Internet bids. A bidder is accepting personal liability to pay the purchase price, plus the buyer's premium, all applicable taxes and all other applicable charges. Any person or persons participating or registering to bid at the auction agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions of the auction. ( Bidders)
*Shipping and pick up of items: All shipping and packing costs will be charged to the buyer, we will provide a name of a local pack and ship UPS store, or you are welcome to locate your own shipper as long as it is in a 15 mile radius to Boyd auctions, unless they pick up directly from us. Boyd Auctions can ship items with a packaging and handling fee with the exception of the 5 lots of racks of Carni-dolls. Items are available for direct pick up at Boyd Auctions with no charge to the buyer. They must be paid for before picking the items up. All items should be picked up or shipped within 2 weeks of the closing of the auction unless other arrangments have been made. Any insurance placed on the items will be charged to the buyer.
A State of Maine Sales Tax of 5% will be added to each purchase unless a State issued Tax form has been provided to us. Payments are made payable to Boyd Auctions.
A 13% buyers premium added to sales made by Mastercard, Visa or Pay Pal. A 10% buyers Premium for cash or check payments recieved with-in 4 days from the close of the auction.
Warranty and Condition Terms: All items are sold "as-is, where-is" with no warranty expressed or implied by the lot number affixed to the item.
